Our Practice
Sometimes, we just need someone to listen to us while we go over what we have been through, or what’s on our minds.
OUR MISSION
I chose the name Inner Fire Practices with great intention. Inner Fire meditation (Tummo) is an ancient Tibetan-Buddhist meditation technique in which the practitioner is able to raise their body temperature and achieve a deep state of balance of warmth, bliss, and balance using one’s breath and the power of the mind. This technique is a wonderful metaphor for therapy, as it suggests we have a great deal of power within us, so much so that with practice we can control our own body to survive in harsh conditions.
As a therapist, I see myself as a tool to help you stoke your own inner fire, tap into your innate reservoir of strength, and find yourself filled with power. I hope to provide a robust therapy experience through a safe atmosphere, steadfast dedication to your needs, deep respect for the human spirit, empathy and understanding, and the utmost professionalism. Together, we will help your inner flame burn brighter.

“Healing may not be so much about getting better, as about letting go of everything that isn’t you – all of the expectations, all of the beliefs – and becoming who you are.”
